  In one social media web site a member asked this question After they saw this picture in the right where Putin pulling Obama's tie. 

  " Why did Putin grab Obama's tie? Was it a friendly chat? It certainly doesn't look like it."

  and another member aswered tis quesion like this

  "  Oh no! You've been fooled! That's the problem with images; they can be manipulated, and you along with them. Take my advice. Don't believe anything you see.

  Investigate every article, every image, every sentence you read. The risk of believing almost anything is great. "
